Body Shop Manager
About The Position
Crest Ford is searching for a high-performing Bodyshop Manager to continue its President Award winning service. The goal is to grow the collision repair business within the existing customer base and explore other opportunities in the area. Candidates must possess a "can do" attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The facility is equipped with the latest technology, including a 2024 GFS Paint Booth, all required welding equipment, a data measuring system, and an air-conditioned facility for efficiency. The shop has over 12 bays and is supported by Ford Certified Master Technicians and loaner vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class service experience for customers.
- Oversee employee development and hiring.
- Manage workflow within the facility.
- Conduct daily meetings, including with other departments.
- Grow relationships with insurance companies.
- Close and balance repair orders.
- Ensure collection of receivables.
- Maintain shop competency.
