About The Position

Destination Toyota Burnaby, a recipient of the 2019 and 2022 Canadian Automotive Dealers Association (CADA) Laureate Award for Business Innovation, is seeking a Body Shop Helper to join their expanding team. This role is crucial for supporting the daily operations of the repair facility. The Body Shop Helper will be responsible for tasks such as cleaning, organizing, assisting technicians, and moving vehicles within the shop.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated, process driven and overall a team player!
• Can take direction from body shop production and process staff as required.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Be willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department.
• Valid BC Drivers License with a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, organization, and tidiness of repair facility.
• Provide assistance in preparation for vehicle repairs as needed.
• Vehicle movement throughout facility as part of production process.
• Monitor and act on general maintenance and cleaning of shop and equipment.
• General duties as required.
