Requirements

Experience in body shop estimating is required.
Proficiency with the CCC Estimating System is required.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their needs with empathy and understanding.
Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the repair process.
Collaborate with insurance companies to prepare accurate estimates, supplements, and process payments.
Work with customers and technicians to identify necessary repairs and offer additional services when appropriate.
Enter detailed itemized estimates into repair orders and clearly explain these to customers.
Oversee parts ordering and manage insurance-related communications.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear updates and quality control from start to final vehicle delivery.
Adhere to insurance guidelines and company standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success.
