Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in collision repair estimating
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated and driven to meet deadlines and performance goals
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed collision repair estimates
- Manage a high volume of estimating work efficiently
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Collaborate with repair technicians and insurance companies as needed
- Ensure all estimates comply with company and industry standards
