About The Position
Automotive Estimator – Kunes Auto Group Are you looking to advance your career in the automotive industry? Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service at every step. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners to facilitate a smooth, stress-free repair experience. Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles, preparing accurate and comprehensive damage estimates using CCC One. Manage multiple tasks, including estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries, to ensure efficient workflow. Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of automotive estimating experience required.
- Proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell estimating software.
- Familiarity with insurance direct repair program (DRP) guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
