About The Position

Central Houston Nissan is the largest Nissan dealership in the United States. We are looking to add a Collision Estimator to our Body Shop team. This role involves writing detailed estimates, handling insurance claims, and communicating with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Prior Estimating experience is required.
  • Insurance Claims handling experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and clean record keeping.
  • High school degree.

Responsibilities

  • Examines damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
  • Estimates the cost of labor and parts to repair or replace damaged items.
  • Helps manage incoming calls.
  • Identifies and assesses customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follows up to ensure resolution.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents.
  • Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of luxury vehicles directly with clients and vendors.
