About The Position

Motorworld is looking for a Body Shop Detailer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys making vehicles look their best. The position is within a busy, professional Body Shop where the work contributes to daily success. MileOne offers on-the-job training, a great team environment, and new challenges daily.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 1-2 years detailing experience, especially with wet-sanding and buffing
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions that follow management expectations

Responsibilities

• De-nibbing and buffing dirt and defects on fresh paint jobs
• Applying new vinyl blackout tapes and stone guards
• Applying new badges/emblems, pinstriping where necessary
• Assist in final cleanup and pre-delivery quality control during downtime
