About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Body Imaging Radiologist at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor & delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
Completion of a Body Imaging (Abdominal/Cross Sectional Imaging) Fellowship.
Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain.
Ability and willingness to perform fluoroscopic examinations and participate in General Radiology clinical coverage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with referring physicians, technologists, trainees, and other members of the clinical team.

Responsibilities

Interpret a broad range of Body Imaging studies, including Body CT and MRI examinations.
Interpret general radiology studies, including X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
Perform and interpret fluoroscopic examinations.
Provide consultative support to referring physicians regarding complex Body Imaging cases.
Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and collaborate with clinical teams on patient care.
Participate in departmental peer review, radiation safety initiatives, and continuous quality improvement programs.
Provide teaching and guidance to residents, fellows, and medical imaging technologists, as applicable.
Participate in departmental clinical coverage and rotating call responsibilities.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $520,250 based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
