About The Position

The Apothecary (Supplements and All-Natural Body Care) Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional Guest Service. They will ensure the department is well stocked and beautifully merchandised for our Guests. This role assists with the receiving, storing, and stocking of merchandise while maintaining proper rotation, quality standards, and department presentation. They will build and maintain merchandising displays, process damaged product, and ensure the department is properly faced and organized at all times.

Requirements

Passion for Guest Service.
Self-motivation.
Detail oriented nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

Give exceptional Service to our Guests.
Assist Guests with product questions and help them find items throughout the department.
Receive, stock, rotate, and merchandise products with a high level of attention to detail.
Build and maintain attractive displays that support sales and department standards.
Monitor product quality and process damaged or out-of-date merchandise appropriately.
Maintain proper fronting, facing, cleanliness, and overall organization of the department.
Help other Team Members in the department.
Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, Store Leadership, and Director Group.
Adhere to all Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
