About The Position

The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries
• Processing orders
• Inbound phone support
• Sales conversion and product knowledge
• First-contact problem resolution
• Communication via phone, chat, and system notes
• Order entry, tracking, and system navigation (BobSuite)
• Multi-tasking and performance metrics management (AOV, NPS, etc.)
• Scheduling and follow-up communication
