About The Position

The Boathouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, training, and policy enforcement pertaining to Raven Recreation policies. This role also acts in a customer service capacity, managing the check-in and check-out of waterfront equipment. The supervisor will maintain the boathouse space and equipment organization, and must enforce water safety policies, such as the use of life vests and fishing licenses.
