About The Position

The Boat House is seeking a dependable and hardworking Boat Washer to join their Cape Coral Sales Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being around boats, and being part of a fast-paced team. The Boat Washer works closely with the Sales Department to ensure boats and the sales lot are clean, organized, and presentable for customers. This is a washing and general upkeep position, not a detailing role, focusing on routine washing and assisting the Sales team with daily needs.

Requirements

Dependable and ready to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Comfortable working outdoors for the majority of the day.
Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Able to work safely around boats, trailers, vehicles, and dealership equipment.
Valid Florida Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

Forklift or boat-moving experience is a plus, but training may be provided as appropriate.

Responsibilities

Wash and rinse boats to keep sales inventory clean and presentable.
Prepare boats for customer showings and deliveries by ensuring they are clean and ready to go.
Keep stock boats looking their best for customers walking through the dealership.
Work closely with the Sales team to help prepare boats as needed.
Assist with organizing and maintaining the appearance of the sales lot.
Help move and position boats when trained and authorized to do so.
Maintain clean and organized washing areas, hoses, equipment, and supplies.
Assist with general dealership and yard cleanup.
Help prepare boats and dealership displays for boat shows and special sales events.
Provide courteous and professional assistance when interacting with customers.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other Sales Department support duties as assigned.
