About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Boat Mechanic with GREAT experience and drive to join our team. This is a full-time position offering GREAT pay and benefits. We have plenty of work available and offer flat rate pay depending on experience.

Requirements

• Prior marine and boat service experience & knowledge preferred, specifically Mercury, Yamaha, and/or Volvopenta
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic hand tools
• Good driving record
• Excellent communications skills
• Good paperwork skills
• Stable work history
• Drug Free
• Urgency and Accountability
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Marine Tech: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Service and repair boats
