About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-driven Boat Finisher to join our team and help deliver top-quality vessels to our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the final stages of boat production—bringing each craft to a flawless, showroom-ready finish. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Requirements
- Experience in marine finishing, auto body finishing, carpentry, or similar trades preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow work orders, technical drawings, and instructions
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, buffers, sanders, and finishing equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform final sanding, buffing, polishing, and touch-ups on boats and components
- Apply gelcoat, paint, sealants, and other finishing materials
- Install hardware, trim, decals, and other final components
- Inspect completed vessels for defects or quality concerns
- Repair cosmetic imperfections using appropriate tools and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure standards are met
