About The Position

CCMC is a community management company specializing in master-planned communities, with a vision of inspiring a resident-centric focus through its core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community. This particular community is centered around a large, private lake, offering residents recreational boating, skiing, and boat docks inspired homes. The community consists of four separate associations. In this role, a Boat Captain is responsible for creating memorable experiences for residents and guests by facilitating safe boat rides within the community.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Must have or be able to obtain a Boat Operator's Certificate
High degree of customer service, interpersonal and communications skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings and adapt to hours that vary throughout the year - peak season being April through September
Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Possess a high level of initiative and good judgment
Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn new tasks
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
