The Boat Captain will be responsible for safely operating our fleet of boats on the lake, providing exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring compliance with all safety and relevant regulations. Requirements

• Successful completion of New York State Boating Course required.
• Must possess a valid public vessel license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.
• Provide high level customer service
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Follow instructions
• Ability to learn quickly
• Pay attention to detail
• Maintain composure when working under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of boating safety protocols and regulations.
• High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience operating motorized boats and watercraft, preferably in a commercial or resort setting.
