About The Position
As Boat Captain, you will safely transport resort guests and team members to and from Little Palm Island aboard the resort ferry. You will warmly welcome guests and help make their ferry trip the first excursion of their private-island vacation feel personal, polished, and memorable. The role calls for a friendly, energetic, and professional approach, with a focus on excellent service, safety, and creating a positive experience for guests.
Requirements
- Valid Master Captain's license of at least 50 tons.
- Focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Friendly, energetic, professional, efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable approach.
- Enjoy providing excellent service and meeting new people.
