About The Position

Sea Ray is seeking motivated individuals to join our boat manufacturing teams on both day and evening shifts. This broad Boat Builder posting is used to capture applicants attending our onsite job fair. Based on your skills, interests, availability, and experience, you may be considered for multiple roles across our manufacturing operations. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred for most roles)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work day or evening shift
• Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, marine, automotive, construction, or skilled‑trade experience
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or machinery
• Ability to read work instructions, prints, or schedules
• Forklift or material‑handling experience
• Electrical, upholstery, fiberglass, sewing, carpentry, or quality inspection experience

Responsibilities

• Boat assembly, fitting, and installation
• Fiberglass lamination, gel coat application, or composite work
• Upholstery or sewing, including interior components
• Electrical assembly and wiring
• Woodworking or cabinetry
• Quality inspection and finish repair
• Hole cutting, bracing, or structural support
• Shipping, loading, or material handling
• Mold maintenance or production support
