This role is for a Production Operator at the Shoals plant, where hard work, safety, and teamwork are highly valued. Requirements

• Someone who takes safety seriously and is ready to follow plant rules and procedures.
• Willingness to learn how to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and track production performance.
• A good eye for quality and measurements to ensure product specs are being met.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools—hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, putty knives.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, always, following all plant safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, making adjustments as needed to ensure everything runs smoothly and products meet quality standards.
• Record production data and results accurately.
• Pitch in on maintenance tasks using basic tools to keep equipment reliable.
• Get involved in safety and improvement initiatives.
• Be flexible, as shifts, overtime, and weekend work may be required in this 24/7 operation.
