Requirements
- Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
- Active licensure to practice medicine in the State of Florida
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain medical staff privileges within the local hospital network
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care by diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses while building long-term relationships with your patients.
- Manage chronic conditions with thoughtful, personalized plans that support better outcomes.
- Focus on preventive care that empowers patients to stay ahead of their health and wellness goals.
- Work closely with a collaborative care team that ensures every patient experience is seamless and supportive.
- Participate in Capital Health Plan committees and quality improvement projects.
