About The Position

Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds. We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Colorado which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake City. In 2024, Community Hospital earned the prestigious 5-star quality rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and was recognized by Becker’s Healthcare as one of Colorado’s top recommended hospitals. The Community Hospital Anesthesia service line has been instrumental in the organizations’ unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. From what started out, not that long ago, as a small group of Physician’s that covered some basic General and Orthopedic surgery has expanded tremendously to now support nearly twenty different surgical specialties in multiple settings as well as a thriving Labor and Delivery department that continues to set year-over-year delivery records. As the organization expands its surgical capabilities and physical capacity with two new OR’s actively under construction, we are looking for additional Anesthesiologists to join this growing group that is completely supportive of the organization’s growth initiatives and strategies.

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist

Responsibilities

  • Join a collaborative ten member all Physician Anesthesia team.
  • Maintain and expand your skills by supporting a comprehensive variety of surgical service lines.
  • Group provides surgical call for a Level III Trauma Center and Labor and Deliver coverage.
  • Enjoy a manageable equally shared call burden that is designed to support a good work-life balance.
