The role of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Tellos is designed to empower you to be the best BCBA you can be, overcoming the challenges of high caseloads, long commutes, and staff turnover often found in the industry. Tellos provides a supportive platform that offers autonomy to manage cases effectively, with lower caseloads, stable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, and Telehealth options. The company's mission is to support BCBAs in going independent by assisting with client acquisition, credentialing, scheduling, billing, and recruiting, ensuring continuous support for their professional goals.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
- Masters Degree
- Must live in Georgia
- Fluent in Spanish (required) – able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and families
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care
- Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Help staff understand features important for offering quality care to parents and providers
- Communicate with the team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
