About The Position

Towne U.S. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA team serving children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. This is a home-based position and is NOT a school-based role. Services are provided primarily in clients' homes, community settings, and occasional daycare environments. While some remote responsibilities may be available, candidates must be willing to provide in-person services as clinically appropriate. Client Population: Children and young adults ages 2–21. Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Services provided in home, community, and daycare settings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active North Carolina BCBA licensure.
• Active BCBA certification at the time of application.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to travel locally between client locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CentralReach or similar electronic health record systems.
• Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs.
• Design, monitor, and modify treatment programs across communication, language, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains.
• Analyze client progress and update treatment plans to ensure goal attainment.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
