About The Position
TLC Kids Therapy is a therapist, family-owned pediatric therapy clinic located in San Antonio, Texas that began as a labor of love to help children with special needs. We are currently seeking Licensed BCBAs to join our passionate, multidisciplinary team! At TLC Kids Therapy we value therapists who are committed to the children and the families of our community. We believe in a collaborative approach to treatment and strive to be a resource for parents and families in helping each child reach their personal best and achieve their full potential. Our ABA program is play-based, focusing on engagement and independence. We pride ourselves in creating a supportive environment for our families, focusing on helping each child live their life to the fullest. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in a fun, client-led, assent-based, multidisciplinary environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Serve as a resource for parents and families.
- Implement play-based ABA programs focusing on engagement and independence.
- Support families and help children live their lives to the fullest.
