About The Position

This is a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position working with Kindergarten through 8th Grade students. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 32.5 hours per week. The role is onsite within a school setting, with school year dates from August 11, 2026, to June 1, 2027. The position involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing consultation to school staff. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in IEP meetings, and supporting positive behavior interventions are key aspects of the role. The BCBA will monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and partner with families to ensure consistency across environments. Specific caseload details are still being determined.

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills
Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and learning needs

Responsibilities
