About The Position

Merakey's Children's Teens and Young Adults division offers a wide range of mental health and autism services for children and adolescents. Our programs are designed to build resilience and ensure that children and their families are well-prepared for future success. We’re seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Dearborn team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Active BCBA Certification
• Active MI Licensure as a Behavior Analyst
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 15 hours available each week

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
