About The Position
We are seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. This role offers a collaborative environment with experienced BCBAs on-site, fostering a culture of inclusivity, support, and high-quality care. The BCBA will work in-center, providing behavior analysis, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and helping children achieve meaningful milestones. Requirements
- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
