The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops, implements, and evaluates behavioral treatment plans and provides behavioral therapy and other therapeutic services to program participants. This role involves collaborating with supervisors and the interdisciplinary team, applying least restrictive treatment guidelines, and directing program participant contact to promote behavioral change. The BCBA provides behavioral therapy in various settings, submits documentation, consults with stakeholders, and participates in treatment planning and family education. The position also requires accurate completion of daily billing documentation, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and assisting with behavioral programming across different service settings. Additionally, the BCBA provides training and oversight to team members and trainees, participates in research and quality improvement initiatives, and is involved in the Crisis Intervention System with on-call support.
