About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves developing and implementing treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 18 years. The position offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with flexible hours to accommodate both in-center and evening sessions.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience with insurance-approved assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Social Assessments, Vineland, IISCA, and PFA
• Familiarity with insurance reviews and phone calls

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing a caseload of 12 or more clients
• Ability to ramp up caseload quickly if deemed appropriate for the candidate

Responsibilities

• Write Treatment plans for around 12 kids (try to keep it less than 12 unless experienced)
• Achieve 30 billable hours a week
• Assess children using various insurance-approved assessments to include / but not limited to / VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Social Assessments, Vineland, IISCA, and PFA
• Write, review, and edit Treatment Plans and Behavior Plans in a timely matter, as necessary per insurance requirements
• Handle insurance reviews and phone calls
