About The Position

At Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), we are evolving our model to provide greater flexibility, sustainable workloads, and real ownership for our clinicians, while continuing to invest in programs, tools, and support systems that shape the future of ABA. This role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will function as a leader within the team, providing clinical oversight and mentorship while maintaining a manageable caseload. The BCBA will oversee and support a team of mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians, ensure quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress, collaborate with families and caregivers, and provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance. We are looking for individuals passionate about ethical, outcome-driven ABA care, interested in joining a team that is shaping the future of our industry, and possess strong leadership and collaboration skills.
