About The Position

CABA (The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis) is led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA. The organization serves clients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults navigating complex needs such as autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. CABA offers the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists) for real-time clinical support, and caseloads are intentionally capped. The role is designed to respect the investment BCBAs have made in their careers by offering clear boundaries, reliable support, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA® certification
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
  • 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
  • Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
  • Experience with severe behaviors preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Three professional and two personal references

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
  • Support RBTs® directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
  • Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed
  • Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
  • Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects

Benefits

  • Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
  • Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000
