About The Position

This is a full-time, fully remote BCBA position designed around clinical leadership, decision-making, supervision, and people development, rather than a high volume of direct client hours. The role involves overseeing a clinical team of approximately three clinicians for each client, who assist in executing day-to-day tasks. The BCBA's primary focus is on providing BCBA-level clinical oversight, analyzing progress, making clinical decisions, adjusting treatment, guiding the team, supporting caregivers, and ensuring high-quality implementation. Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience providing ABA services to children and families.
Strong clinical reasoning and data-based decision-making skills.
Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians.
Ability to oversee delegated clinical work while maintaining appropriate BCBA responsibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and documentation skills.
Comfortable providing services and supervision through telehealth.
Ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical model.
Ability to maintain consistent virtual availability 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Maintain clinical responsibility for assigned cases within applicable professional, payer, and regulatory requirements.
Review client data and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
Make clinical decisions regarding treatment priorities and recommendations.
Review and approve appropriate program changes and treatment adjustments.
Monitor client progress and identify when intervention strategies require modification.
Review progress reports and clinical documentation prepared by the treatment team.
Ensure treatment remains individualized, evidence-based, ethical, and clinically appropriate.
Provide direct BCBA services when BCBA-level expertise is required.
Supervise master's-level ABA students, trainees, mid-level clinicians, BTs, and RBTs as applicable.
Review clinical work completed by team members.
Provide clear, actionable feedback.
Teach clinical reasoning rather than simply giving answers.
Help developing clinicians learn how to identify problems and recommend solutions.
Build clinical independence while maintaining appropriate supervision.
Support staff in translating treatment plans into effective day-to-day implementation.
Model ethical and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
Guide clinical decision-making within caregiver-led services.
Support clinicians providing caregiver coaching and implementation support.
Review caregiver progress and treatment implementation.
Determine when strategies should be continued, modified, re-taught, or replaced.
Provide direct caregiver consultation when BCBA expertise is required.
Help ensure behavioral strategies are practical, culturally responsive, and sustainable within family life.
