About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, and Mesa! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

Nice To Haves

• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior analysis services.
• Supervise cases and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
• Engage in scheduling and day-to-day logistics support.
• Support BT Managers for performance and operational needs.
• Participate in clinical rounds and company-wide meetings.
• Engage in internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
