Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
• Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Balancing clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms.
• Determining telehealth when it's clinically effective for the client and BT.
