About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Vero Beach and Sebastian. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM, with a salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 per year. You will manage an average caseload of 6-8 clients and will be recognized as the subject matter expert for families. Your treatment plans will guide service delivery for a wide age population, from early childhood (2-10 years) with no age-out restriction, extending to older learners up to 17-20 years old. A key part of this role includes active participation in Parent onboarding training. We foster a company culture that promotes advancement and growth, with a low billable hour requirement. Each BCBA develops their own individualized behavior plan and has the opportunity to gain leadership experience by mentoring RBTs and BCaBAs through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape your caseload. Growth opportunities are abundant, with new Clinical Manager roles offered internally to BCBAs first, reflecting our commitment to promoting from within. Offers may be contingent upon passing the BCBA exam within the specified timeframe.
