About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in a brand new location in Tempe! This is an exciting opportunity to be the first BCBA and a part of a founding team. Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification required
This position requires the successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).
Manageable, individualized caseloads

Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
BT Managers for performance and operational support
BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
