About The Position

Project Play is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their school-based and clinic-based teams. The BCBA will deliver individualized, compassionate care to help children reach their fullest potential. This role involves working with clients, families, and school teams, using sound clinical judgment and direct support from a BCBA supervisor. The BCBA will have autonomy over treatment recommendations and will provide supervision to Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs).

Requirements

Master's degree in Special Education (preferred) or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Tennessee Behavior Analyst license through the Health-Related Board
Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the belief that every child can reach their fullest potential with the right support
Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull 30–50 lbs
Move quickly and easily, including getting up from the floor fast to assist clients
Frequently kneel, crouch, or stoop to support clients during sessions or respond to interfering behaviors
Use fine motor skills for writing, typing, and handling therapy materials
Work with individuals who may show physically aggressive, self-injurious, or socially inappropriate behaviors, and respond safely and effectively

Responsibilities

Manage caseload and deliver behavior change programming using CentralReach.
Lead parent, caregiver, and teacher trainings.
Complete initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments on time.
Supervise and support a team of Registered Behavior Therapists, ensuring fidelity and team support.
Partner with the treatment team to collect data and create progress reports.
Follow the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
