About The Position
Achievement Behavior Services is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Georgia LBA to help open and shape our new ABA center in Douglasville, GA. This is a hybrid opportunity that begins with telehealth and transitions into on-site services at a single location. This role offers flexibility, leadership opportunity, and the chance to help build a center from the ground up.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Must hold or be eligible for a Georgia LBA
- NY and NJ LBA strongly recommended (for additional telehealth coverage)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments (telehealth and in-person)
- Assist with center setup and planning
- Provide in-person ABA services once the center opens
- Collaborate with clinical and admin teams
- Travel only to one location – no multiple sites
