About The Position

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. Our clinician-first model structures centers so BCBAs can focus on clinical quality, not administrative overload. With centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting, you can prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration. We believe strong outcomes require manageable caseloads and protected time for supervision, training, and collaboration. Every BCBA receives a customized onboarding plan and dedicated ramp-up support. Our leadership team includes experienced BCBAs who remain actively involved in clinical direction and decision-making. We provide defined pathways for growth, whether your goal is senior clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship.

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • State Licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
