About The Position

ABA Alliance Therapy is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team. Founded in 2016, ABA Alliance Therapy is a "Child-First Company" serving the Orlando area with high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. They have two established clinics in Downtown Orlando and Winter Garden and are committed to creating positive, lasting change for families. The BCBA will play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services centered on the needs and progress of each child, guiding RBTs, developing individualized treatment plans, and partnering with families to promote lasting success beyond the clinic.

Requirements

Active and in-good-standing BCBA certification
Pass a Level II background check
Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal history check

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
