About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of 8-10 enrolled children, dedicated center staff to handle administrative tasks, and strong mentorship from Area Clinical Leaders. The role emphasizes clinical education, career growth through a defined career ladder, and a supportive peer network of over 300 BCBAs across 6 states. The company is center-based, focusing on real-time coaching, daily peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership, which requires an on-site presence.

Requirements

• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality
• Mentor BCBAs
• Shape ABA care across Maryland
• Manage a caseload of typically 8-10 enrolled children
• Provide structured consultation and high-level clinical access
• Engage in real-time coaching and daily peer collaboration

Benefits

• Salary: $82,500 to $94,500 per year
• Up to $40K retention bonus
