About The Position

Flywheel Centers is opening a brand-new, clinic-based ABA therapy center in Virginia Beach, VA, and is looking for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want influence, growth, and strong clinical support. While this clinic is new, Flywheel is a well-established, clinician-led organization with proven systems, modern infrastructure, and a commitment to high-quality care. This is an opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up with the backing of an experienced team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and leadership growth
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children and families.
• Mentor staff.
• Shape clinic culture.
• Focus on clinical work.

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $95K-$115K/year based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)
