About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, clinic-based position in Atlanta, GA. This role is designed to allow BCBAs to focus on clinical work, supervision, and client progress, with administrative tasks handled by support teams. The BCBA will have the opportunity to help build a new clinic with a large client base, supported by the established clinical structure and leadership of existing centers. This position offers a blend of startup energy and established support, with a focus on quality care and preventing burnout.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing ABA services
• A passion for ethical, high-quality care and mentorship

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinic/center-based setting.
• Experience with QA systems and goal banks.
• Desire for growth into leadership roles (e.g., Clinical Director).

Responsibilities

• Focus on clinical work, supervision, and client progress.
• Supervise RBTs.
• Provide ABA services.

• Collaborate with a truly collaborative ABA team.
