About The Position

Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs at Cortica use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming and are leaders who create a supportive environment for a transdisciplinary team. The role offers flexibility and support, with opportunities for professional development and growth. This position is available as part-time or full-time and is located in Burlington, MA and surrounding areas, with a hybrid work model that includes remote flexibility for administrative tasks and telehealth when clinically appropriate.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for the individual.
  • Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
