About The Position

The BCBA will provide behavioral services for four individuals residing in the group home, conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and providing staff training to ensure consistent and effective implementation. This position requires approximately 5 hours per week on-site with additional virtual participation in ISP meetings as needed. We are New Jersey’s #1 Support Coordination Agency. Requirements

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team support.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-behavior assessments and functional behavior analyses (FBAs).
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure fidelity to behavioral interventions.
Monitor data collection, evaluate behavioral outcomes, and make necessary plan adjustments.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including attending ISP meetings virtually.
Maintain compliance with all DDD, state, and ethical standards for behavioral practice.
