Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Hybrid Center-Based role. This position offers a blend of remote work and in-person collaboration, allowing you to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy in both virtual and center-based settings. The role requires weekly in-person supervision, a minimum of 3 days per week. You will be supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. The position emphasizes assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. You will engage in purposeful in-person activities such as supporting new clients, modeling programs, running assessments, coaching Behavior Technicians, and strengthening family relationships.
