About The Position
Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Hybrid Center-Based role. This position offers a blend of remote work and in-person collaboration, allowing you to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy in both virtual and center-based settings. The role requires weekly in-person supervision, a minimum of 3 days per week. You will be supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. The position emphasizes assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. You will engage in purposeful in-person activities such as supporting new clients, modeling programs, running assessments, coaching Behavior Technicians, and strengthening family relationships. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Weekly in-person supervision required, a minimum of 3-days per week
- Ability to work from home part of the week and conduct in-person client sessions
- Experience delivering and overseeing ABA therapy
- Familiarity with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
- Willingness to engage in parent training
- Commitment to data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
