About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Hybrid Center-Based role. This position offers a blend of remote work and in-person collaboration, allowing you to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy in both virtual and center-based settings. The role requires weekly in-person supervision, a minimum of 3 days per week. You will be supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. The position emphasizes assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. You will engage in purposeful in-person activities such as supporting new clients, modeling programs, running assessments, coaching Behavior Technicians, and strengthening family relationships. Centria provides layered support from clinical leadership and handles operational logistics like scheduling and technician onboarding. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Weekly in-person supervision required, a minimum of 3-days per week
  • Ability to work from home part of the week and conduct in-person client sessions
  • Experience delivering and overseeing ABA therapy
  • Familiarity with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
  • Willingness to engage in parent training
  • Commitment to data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
