The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavioral analysis and intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges in the public school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support students' academic and behavioral goals. This position is expected to direct the work of paraprofessionals, Behavior Interventionists, Behavior Specialists, and will support the work of teachers in Intensive Special Education Programs.
