About The Position

Peak Potential Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Northeast Ohio. This clinician-focused role emphasizes manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and consistent, ethical care within a collaborative team environment. The BCBA will have flexibility in structuring their day and will provide clear clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on their caseload. The position supports clients across clinic locations in Sagamore and Norton. Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs, focusing on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships.

Requirements

• BCBA certification required
• Ohio COBA certification required
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience managing an ABA caseload
• Strong clinical and data analysis skills
• Clear communication and organizational ability

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an assigned ABA caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical direction and support to RBTs assigned to your cases
• Monitor client progress through data and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment
