About The Position

At Westside, we’re committed to making therapy engaging, supportive, and truly impactful. As a BCBA, you’ll help cultivate a space where children and team members feel supported and empowered. You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working in a clinic setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAs
• Competence with a variety of computer applications
• Familiar with a wide variety of ABA assessments
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
• Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families
• Development mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Dedicated clinician with a passion for quality outcomes rooted in education, training and development
• Accountable for personal behavior and performance
• Receptive to feedback with a commitment to personal and professional development
• Honest and transparent communicator
• Ability to learn and implement de-escalation skills for client sessions
• Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a variety of positions, including on the floor during played-based therapy
• Some travel within assigned region for training, meetings and supporting client coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week
