About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our clinic in Warren Township! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Motor vehicle report review

Nice To Haves

  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a balanced caseload, with approximately 70-80% of service delivery in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth.
  • Provide clinical and administrative support, including hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
  • Engage with transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
  • Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
  • Support BT Managers for performance and operational oversight.
  • Participate in internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
  • Attend Clinical Rounds and company-wide meetings (All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical).
